How to get rid white heads on the face?

I am just too sick of the white heads on my face which make me look bad and i feel uncomfortable in public. How can i just totally get rid of these white things for ever. Do i need to use some kind of creams or get some treatments done or can a natural remedy solve my problem to?

0 Votes The white heads are a sign of skin infection and you must clean your face few times daily to avoid closing of skin pores espacially if one has oily skin.
